When you use our contact form we store your name, company, role, email, phone number (optional), funding stage and message.
Why
We use the data only to answer your enquiry and follow up on a possible collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us.
How long
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a client relationship requires longer retention.
Sharing
We never sell your data. It is stored with trusted technical providers within secure infrastructure and only accessed by the ATB team.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@activatethebrand.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
